A small village which lived by the exploitation of coal from 1827 to 1958. Things to see: the museum: 800 square metres to visit! Go down the mine and discover the exhibition, the mining village: go round the mining cottages and examine the village, entirely constructed by the Society des Mines, the stained glass window of Carmelo Zagari, an exceptional work dedicated to the miners, exhibitions, concerts, spectacles, 'Living in the mine' for the 4 - 12 year olds (costumed visit, games booklets) during the Easter, Summer and All Saints' Holidays.
