Farm visit and sampling the produce. The "domaine of Boisse" is the farm of the agricultural College of Bel-Air. It is both a place of training and agricultural production, with the breeding of young pigeons for their meat and the force feeding of web footed birds for foie gras. Besides direct selling, it ensures fresh and processed products.
Groups welcome
Open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm. Saturday mornings by appointment.

All our ducks are raised according to "agriconfiance" sanitary norms. They are processed in situ in a CEE authorised laboratory. We pack our products solely in jars without using chemical additives
Possible morning visits by request, in accordance with required conditions (hygienic and sanitary).
The visit is followed by the sampling of regional products, (foie gras, conserves, paté, rillettes...)

Planted principally with red grape vines (90%), the vineyard extends over twelve and a half hectares. The base of the wine is Merlot (70%), blended with Cabernet Sauvignon (15%), Pinot Noir (10%) and Négrette (5%). Chardonnay is the only white wine.
Winter Opening: Open Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Other days of the week by appointment.
Summer Opening: Open every day from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 7pm.
